What is the Nearest beach to Tralee?

We have 3 Blue Flag Beaches within miles of town. The water quality of the 3 Beaches is superb. Fenit, Banna Beach, and Maharees are sometimes good for surfing. Now and then there will be a surfing school located at Banna beach.

Also, people go beach fishing for sea bass, etc. People flock to the Maharees to get rays of sunshine. Children can partake in all the water sports that the 3 beaches can cater for. There is a nine-hole golf course in Castlegregory that is very near the Maharees.

Have a drink with the local

When visiting Tralee, be sure to stop in one of the many pubs for a pint with the locals. The pub culture is very important in Ireland and Tralee is no exception. So pull up a stool, order a Guinness, and make some new friends while enjoying the Irish hospitality.
